Five ways in. A fixed fee at every step.

Every engagement is capped and known in advance. You can start with a single day and climb only as far as the results justify. No open-ended consulting bills.

01. Art of the Possible Session
See it before you commit to anything.
Format. A half-day facilitation with Wayne and your leadership team, then a half-day live Squad demo on your own problems. On-site.
You leave with. A prioritised AI opportunity map and a Sprint brief. Creditable against a Sprint.
$6,000–$8,000Fixed, one day
02. AI Readiness Assessment
Understand where you are. Design where to go.
Format. One to two days on-site. Structured interviews across the board, CEO, CFO, and COO.
You leave with. A board-ready assessment report and prioritised recommendations. Business-specific, never a template.
$15,000–$25,000Fixed
03. AI Activation Sprint
Build something real. Fast. The core of what we do.
Format. Three days to four weeks. One to three Squad members, directed daily by Wayne.
You leave with. Working AI in your business, a trained team, and governance documentation. A tool your people are actually using, not a plan.
$20,000–$80,000By scope
04. Train Your People
Build internal capability. Stop renting it.
Format. Half-day to two days. Cohorts of up to twelve. On-site or remote.
You leave with. Participants using AI in their real workflows, with prompt libraries built during the session.
$8,000–$20,000Per cohort
05. Fractional CFO with AI
A complete CFO who builds AI into your finance function. Not a fraction of one.
Format. Monthly retainer, minimum six months. Wayne holds the CFO seat while AI is built into reporting, cash-flow modelling, board packs, and your Xero workflows.
You leave with. Senior financial leadership and a finance function that runs on AI, with governance held by the person accountable for it.
$15,000–$25,000Per month
Before we build

Three questions every AI project must answer.

AI does not fix broken processes. It scales what already exists, good or bad. Before a single tool is built, we make sure the ground is solid.

01

Is the process documented?

Every step, rule, exception, and decision path. If a process lives only in people's heads, AI will produce inconsistent results from it.

02

Can you measure it today?

Without a baseline for accuracy, speed, quality, or cost, you cannot prove AI improved anything tomorrow.

03

Is it consistent across teams?

The same input should follow the same workflow everywhere. Inconsistent teams make AI diverge at scale, and trust collapses.

Start small

Begin with a single day.

The Art of the Possible Session is the low-friction first step, and it credits against a Sprint if you proceed.
